Aditya is responsible for delivery of competition management at European Athletics events. He also takes over the role of project leader at some events and is responsible for overall coordination and management at those. 
Aditya manages all the one-day meetings with European Athletics permit.  Aditya is also in charge of the medical and anti-doping initiatives of the organisation and is the deputy chair of the Medical and Anti-Doping Commission.
