European indoor 3000m bronze medallist Elzan Bibic set a new Serbian men&rsquo;s record in winning the November Run 10km road race in Gevgelija, North Macedonia on Sunday (16).
The 26-year-old, who won 3000m gold at the Tbilisi 2016 European Athletics U18 Championships, clocked 28:45 to take victory ahead of Morocco&rsquo;s Mohamed El Ghazouany (29:15). It clipped 10 seconds from Mirko Petrović's previous national record set in 2008.&nbsp;

Apeldoorn is one of the greenest cities in the Netherlands and among the largest municipalities in Gelderland. It is a mid-size city with a population of approximately 161,000. Apeldoorn has a charming and lively inner city and a young, sports-minded population.
