Célia supports the CEO on different management areas and specific projects, so as in the relationship with European Athletics Partner Organisations and stakeholders.
One of her main areas of responsibility is the implementation and coordination of the bidding process for all sporting and non-sporting European Athletics events, including bidders’ research, bidding workshops, management of the bidding online platform in interaction with the bidders, the evaluation chair and the relevant European Athletics departments, evaluation process and presentation of the bids to the Council and/or Executive Board.
Among the projects she is assigned there is the management of the European Athletics’ Corporate Governance, including the risk management system, the Integrity platform and the update of the governance related documents, such as the Constitution and the Code of Ethics.
Célia also supports the CEO in the preparation of the contents for the Congress, the Council and Executive Board meetings and Executive Office and Office meetings.
