Italian star, Zaynab Dosso, will open her individual outdoor season at the Savona International Meeting, a World Athletics Continental Tour Bronze meeting, on 20 May.
Her last individual race was in Torun when she took gold over 60m at the World Athletics Indoor Championships to complete the medal set having won silver and bronze at the last two editions.
Dosso was also part of the Italian team that ran at the World Athletics Relays in Gaborone, but will be back home to make her individual debut this outdoor season.
She will face tough competition from sub-11 runners Maia McCoy and Imani Lansiquot, as well as Luxembourg's Patrizia Van Der Weken and Hungarian record-holder Boglarka Takacs.
Also lining up will be countrywoman and European U20 champion, Kelly Doualla, who is still just 16-years-old and a big favourite for the Rieti 2026 European Athletics U18 Championships.
Following Savona, Dosso is planning to race in a trio of Diamond Leagues, with Stockholm on 7 June, Oslo on 10 June, and then Doha on 19 June.
