The activities of the newly constituted Education Commission and Clubs Commission will be among the main topics for discussion when the European Athletics Development Committee meets in Amsterdam on 23-25 March.
In the presence of European Athletics President Hansjörg Wirz, the Development Committee, led by European Athletics Vice-President Jean Gracia, will also discuss the European Athletics Education Programme, European Athletics Awards System, the upcoming Communication Seminar to be held in Geneva, Switzerland, 29-30 March and the CEO Conference in Neusiedl am See, Austria, 20-22 April.
Special reports on the progress of European Athletics initiatives in the field of mass participation and health and fitness are also on the agenda of the 23-25 March meeting.
The Development Committee consists of Vice-President Gracia (FRA) and Anthony Chircop (MLT), Nick Davis (IRL), Milan Pedalo (BIH), Erich Teigamí¤gi (EST), Sylvia Barlag (NED), Niels de Vos (GBR), Marton Gyulai (HUN), Frank Hensel (GER), Alberto Morini (ITA) and Olena Viduta (UKR).
