A total of 643 athletes and 451 team officials representing 49 Member Federations have entered for the 33nd European Athletics Indoor Championships to be held in Prague from 6-8 March. 
The Final Entries list includes 363 starters in the men's events and 280 in the women's events.
This is a considerable increase in comparison with the Final Entries for Gothenburg 2013 where a total of 578 athletes (320 Men + 258 Women) and 361 officials representing 47 Member Federations had been entered.

Apeldoorn is one of the greenest cities in the Netherlands and among the largest municipalities in Gelderland. It is a mid-size city with a population of approximately 161,000. Apeldoorn has a charming and lively inner city and a young, sports-minded population.
