Great Britain & NI will be represented by 10 athletes in the marathon at the Birmingham 2026 European Athletics Championships from 10-16 August.

The team is completed by Clara Evans-Graham who has a 2:25:04 PB. Harvey and Evans-Graham both represented Team GB in the marathon at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris while Small receives her first international call-up since 2018.

They join the previously selected triumvirate of Mahamed Mahamed, Phil Sesemann* and Johnny Mellor. Mahamed was the leading Brit in the London Marathon, finishing 10th in a 2:06:14 PB to move to second on the British all-time list.
