The Lagoa 2025 SPAR European Cross Country Championships will be streamed on Sunday 14 December via the European Athletics website and Eurovision Sport platform and will also be screened by a record number of television broadcasters.
The championships will be streamed in their entirety from 8:55am local time (9:55am CET) with English, French and German language commentary.
Lagoa 2025 will also be televised in 18 countries across Europe, two more than last year’s event in Antalya, Türkiye, ensuring the 31st SPAR European Cross Country Championships reaches millions of athletics fans across the continent. Please note, the live stream will be geo-blocked in broadcast territories.
If you miss anything live, highlights of the championships will be published on the European Athletics YouTube channel on Sunday (14) evening and full event replays will be uploaded from Monday (15) afternoon onwards.

The official pre-event press conference takes place on Saturday (13) at 12.30pm (13:00 CET) local time and will be streamed live on the European Athletics YouTube channel.
