The deadline for voting for the European Athletes of Year and the Rising Stars is closing in fast with the last chance on Sunday 5 October at 23:59.

Nominees revealed
The nominees for the each category were announed on 25 September:
- men’s European Athlete of the Year
- women’s European Athlete of the Year
- men’s Rising Star
- women’s Rising Star
The ten nominees in each category will be reduced to three finalists and will be and will be announced the week beginning 6 October. They will be shortlisted based on votes from:
- Public vote (25%)
- Member Federation vote (25%)
- Media vote (25%)
- European Athletics expert panel vote (25%)
The winners will be announced and presented with their trophies at the Golden Tracks award ceremony which takes place in Batumi, Georgia on 25 October.
