The online media accreditation procedure for written press and photographers is open here.
TV and radio non-rights holders are able to apply for media accreditation by filling in a form that is available for download at the above web address.
Deadlines for media accreditation applications are:
• Monday 10 December 2012 with accommodation.
• Friday 15 February 2013 without accommodation.

The official European Athletics-LOC Press Conference will take place early afternoon on Thursday 28 February.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Payment policy:
Accommodation payment shall be made no later than five (5) working days after the receipt of the invoice/payment link in order to guarantee a hotel booking. The confirmation of your accommodation booking will be guaranteed only after receipt of the full payment of accommodation cost. Failure to adhere to these payment terms will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
• For any cancellation made until 10 December 2012, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• For any cancellation made between 11 December 2012 and 14 January 2013, 65% of your total accommodation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee, unless the room is resold.
• For any cancellation made as from 15 January 2013, 100% of your total accommodation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee, unless the room is resold.
