Rieti is becoming more and more European. In recent days, the Rieti 2026 logo has also become the star of the city’s skyline, projected onto the buildings in the Ponte Romano area. The striking light displays are accompanying citizens and visitors, helping to create the perfect atmosphere for the European Athletics U18 Championships, underway at the Raul Guidobaldi Stadium until Sunday.
A widespread setup that involves the entire city: from official Rieti 2026 signs along the main roads to kilometres of fabric decorations enhancing entrances and streets, every corner reminds everyone that Rieti is the heart of European youth athletics. A visual impact that strengthens the bond between the event and the local community, turning the sporting competition into a true collective celebration.
The people of Rieti have already shown their enthusiasm: the Velino Stand is sold out, while ticket sales continue for the Terminillo Stand. Tickets are available online via TicketOne and at the PalaCordoni ticket office, open from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
But the event is not only about competitions at the stadium. The Fan Village continues its programme, open to everyone with food stands and merchandising areas. After the success of the opening night, today’s schedule includes a DJ set and aperitif from 7:00 pm, followed by music and entertainment from 10:00 pm.
