Miltiadis Tentoglou returns home to Greece for the Dromia Sprint and Relays Meeting on 13 June, a World Athletics Continental Tour Silver meeting, shown live on the European Athletics website from 5.15pm CEST, to build on his strong season so far.
The two-time Olympic champion jumped a season’s best of 8.49m in Cyprus at the end of May to currently sit at number two in the world.
Last year Tentoglou took the win with 8.19m and he will be wanting to impress his home fans once again before looking to defend his European title for the fourth time in a row later this summer in Birmingham.
While in the 100m, Kenya’s Ferdinand Omanyala will look to take a comfortable win from the 24-year-old home favourite Lambros Volikas whose season’s best is 10.58.
In the women’s 100m and 200m Rafailia Spanoudaki-Hatziriga, the reigning Balkan 100m champion, will be looking to add two wins to her tally.
