What a finish to day 5 of the championships on Friday (14). Audrey Werro won the 800m final in championship-record time, with Keely Hodgkinson taking silver and Femke Broeders-Bol claiming bronze.
Earlier in the day, Owen Ansah won the men’s 200m final, while Gianmarco Tamberi took gold in the women’s high jump, Jorinde van Klinken won the women’s discus, Nadia Battocletti the women’s 10,000m and Karsten Warholm won the men’s 400m hurdles.
