AthTech25 takes place this week (7–9 October) in San Marino.
Now in its sixth edition, the biennial Athletics Data Conference, hosted by European Athletics, brings together digital experts and athletics enthusiasts who are using technology to make the sport more engaging, efficient, and accessible.
Innovation competition winners revealed
Representatives from European Athletics, Member Federations, event organisers, and service providers will gather for the three-day event. The opening day will feature the announcement of the winners of the TrHackathon challenge.
This summer’s innovation competition, which sought the most visionary concepts in athletics technology, will reward the winners with two tickets to the Birmingham 2026 European Athletics Championships—and the opportunity to present their ideas at AthTech.
The following days will include presentations from the Athletics Integrity Unit, World Athletics, HyperKube, European Athletics, San Marino Innovation, and the Apeldoorn 2025 European Athletics Indoor Championships team.
Participants can also look forward to networking opportunities and breakout sessions designed to foster creativity and collaboration.
