The event will see a total of 12 Olympic Medallists in 12 events, with the big Olympic rematches coming in the men's shot put and women's hammer.

Bronze medallist in the hurdles Hansle Parchment (JAM) will run against the Americans Jeff Porter and Ryan Wilson in the 110m hurdles.
