Hungary's 2011 World Championships silver medallist Krisztian Pars, the second ranked thrower in 2012, Poland´s former Olympic Games and World Championships winner Szymon Ziolkowski and Türkiye's 2004 Olympic Games bronze medallist Esref Apak will be among the hammer throwers on display.
Apak holds the meeting record with 81.45m but with the form that Pars is in, that mark could be under threat, and a number of meeting records in other events could also fall.
The women's 100m hurdles will see Belarus' World Indoor Championships 60m hurdles bronze medallist medallist Alina Talay looking to improve on her very recent personal best of 12.83.
Among Talay's opponents will be local heroine and 2010 European Athletics Championships gold medallist Nevin Yanit, who is starting to return to the form that took her to the title in Barcelona two years ago after struggling with injuries in 2011.
Yanit also holds the meeting record with 12.76 from 2008.
Ukraine's rapidly improving sprinter Viktoriya Pyatachenko is entered into the 200m while 2010 European Athletics Championships 10,000m gold medallist Elvan Abeylegesse will have an outing over 5000m.
Czech Republic's Lenka Masna, Türkiye's Enka's 2011 European Athletics U23 Championships silver medallist Merve Aydin and Russia's Tatyana Paliyenko add lustre to the women's 800m while the Türkiye's Ramil Guliyev is the top entry in the men's 100m.
