The outdoor season may just be beginning but our athletes are keeping us in the loop as they prepare for the European championships this summer.
So here’s a look at what some of them have been up to.
Fast like Ferrari
Britain’s Dina Asher-Smith stars in a new campaign for one of the fastest brands in the world, Ferrari.
Maybe she’ll even get as lightning quick a start out of the blocks this season as Ferrari have at this year’s Grand Prix’s.
Alekna is so nearly back
Mykolas Alekna has teased that his rehab is going well after suffering a torn pec four weeks ago which required surgery.
The Lithuanian may have missed out on competing at Ramona and attempting to extend his world record, but he looks to be nearly ready for the rest of the season!
Kit swap with Inter Milan
Ahead of Inter Milan’s match against Cagliari Calcio, they had a visit from recently crowned world indoor champion, Nadia Battocletti.
She met with the squad, and even swapped a race bib of hers for a personalised Inter shirt.
Rooth pushes rehab
Following an injury that cancelled his indoor season, Markus Rooth looks to be doing well in rehab and is certainly pushing the boundaries.
This one may have made us a bit nervous. Bounds with a brace on – wow!
Honoured by Benfica
Still basking in the, well earned, glory of her world indoor long jump title, Agate de Sousa was honoured at the Estadio da Luz, home of S.L. Benfica.
She described how grateful she was for the honour and to everyone who has supported her in her career.
Training to be the best
Zharnel Hughes teased us with a sneak peek into his training alongside world champion, Oblique Seville.
The world medallist opened his season with a 47.77 400m in February, followed by a 20.65 200m in March.
The perfect camp
Audrey Werro seems to have perfected romanticising a training camp in Italy and she shows us some behind the scenes of what she got up to.
Shopping, whimsy, and some incredible looking focaccias, what more could you want.
Day as a decathlete
Fuelled by breakfast tacos, Leo Neugebauer shows us what he gets up to in a two-workout training day.
The world champion’s food bill must be massive!
Seeing double
The Kambundji sisters are back and looking strong!
Ditaji Kambundji gave us a look at her and Mujinga Kambundji’s training together as they both prepare for the outdoor season, and hopefully the Birmingham 2026 European Athletics Championships.
Time to de-stress
This year has already been a whirlwind for Jakub Szymanski as he not only won a world indoor gold at just 23-years-old, he did it in front on a home crowd.
So what better way to relax a little before the outdoor season than spending time at home with family, friends, and man’s best friend.
