Five nominees have been selected for both the women's and men's categories based purely on performances achieved throughout the month of June.
The deadline for voting is 7 July at 23:59 CEST and the winners will be announced across the European Athletics social media channels soon afterwards.
Last month’s winners were Switzerland's Simon Ehammer and Poland's Elzbieta Glinka. Ehammer won the decathlon at the Götzis Hypo-Meeting with a world leading score of 8778 points while Glinka took a breakthrough victory at the European 10,000m Cup in La Spezia.
