Quadruple European champion Amy Hunt is among a star-studded line-up at the Grand Prix Brescia on Sunday (30), which will be streamed live on the European Athletics website from 15:00 CEST.
Hunt, who took gold over 100m, 200m, 4x100m and mixed 4x100m at Birmingham 2026, lines up in a fascinating women’s 100m against home favourite and European U20 champion Kelly Doualla, as well as Jamaican internationals Brianna Lyston and Sabrina Dockery.
Italy’s European champions Leonardo Fabbri and Dariya Derkach face top-class opposition in front of their home fans. Twice world champion Jo Kovacs (USA) lines up against Fabbri in the men's shot put and Olympic champion Thea LaFond (DOM) faces Derkach in the women’s triple jump.
Poland’s 2024 European champion Natalia Bukowiecka, who took silver at Birmingham 2026, will face Olympic silver medallist Salwa Eid Naser of Bahrain in the women’s 400m.
There is also an intriguing men’s 400m, where Olympic 200m champion Letsile Tebogo steps up in distance against Botswana teammate Bayapo Ndori, former world and Olympic champion Kirani James (GRD), and European silver and bronze medallists Muhammad Abdallah Kounta (FRA) and Jonas Phijffers (NED).
The World Athletics Continental Tour Silver meeting also includes a high-quality men’s hammer clash, with European champion Bence Halasz facing Olympic and European bronze medallist Mykhaylo Kokhan.
