There is another packed week of live streams coming up on European Athletics channels, including action from the World Athletics Continental Tour and top-class 10km road racing.

The 30th-anniversary edition of the women-only high jump event sees Poland’s world silver medallist Maria Zodzik headline the field. USA champion Charity Hufnagel, Estonia’s 2022 world U20 champion Karmen Bruus and Sweden’s European indoor bronze medallist Engla Nilsson are also entered in a strong international line-up.
Grand Slam Jerusalem, Israel (WACT Silver)

Israel's twice European U23 200m champion Blessing Afrifra heads the line up in his specialist event, which will also see a host of international stars heading to Jerusalem.
Among them are Dutch champion Maayke Tjin A-Lim, who will compete in the women’s 100m hurdles, Moldova’s former world U20 and European U20 champion Alexandra Emilianov in the women’s discus, two-time African long jump champion Cheswill Johnson of South Africa, who will test his speed in the men’s 100m, and Poland’s three-time Olympian Damian Czykier in the men’s 110m hurdles.

Leading the men’s entries is Morocco’s Hicham Amghar, who is familiar with both Romania and Transylvania, having won the 2024 tRUNsylvania 10K in Brașov in 27:09. Norway’s 2022 European 10,000m silver medallist Zerei Kbrom Mezngi and Dutch marathon star Filmon Tesfu are also entered.
The women's 10km field includes Uganda's Joy Cheptoyek who has the fastest lifetime best with 30:03 from 2024. She will face opposition from Kenya's world U20 3000m steeplechase champion Jackline Chepkoech while the European contingent includes Belgium's Julie Voet and Ireland's Fiona Everard who have PBs of 31:54 and 31:58 respectively.
For the European cohort in Cluj-Napoca, the race offers one of the last opportunities for athletes to seize the qualifying times for the European Athletics Championships in Birmingham from 10-16 August: 27:50 for men and 32:00 for women.
