Three World Athletics Continental Tour Silver events will be streamed live through the European Athletics channels this week, including the Raiffeisen Austrian Open in Eisenstadt which features a world class 100m line-up headed by Lamont Marcell Jacobs.

This is what's coming up this week, who's competing and how you can watch.

Can Lamont Marcell Jacobs break the 10 second-barrier for the third time in 2026? The Italian, who has won the last two European 100m titles, faces a star-studded field including world 400m record-holder Wayde Van Niekerk, Olympic 4x100m champion Brendon Rodney from Canada and German record-holder Owen Ansah.

Reigning European champion Lorenzo Simonelli faces home favourite and European U23 champion Enzo Diessl in the 110m hurdles while European silver medallist Lukas Weisshaidinger will be targeting a home victory in the discus.

There will also be an attempt on the world best in the seldom-contested one mile race walk featuring Ukrainian veteran Lyudmyla Olyanovska

When: 5 July

Emmanouil Karalis cleared 6.00m for victory at last year's meeting. Can he break this barrier once again at his home event?

However, Karalis’ first priority will be to secure victory over a strong line-up which includes fellow six metre-plus vaulters Chris Nilsen, EJ Obiena and former world record-holder Renaud Lavillenie as well as Menno Vloon, the joint European indoor champion alongside Karalis from Apeldoorn last year.

Also watch out for France's Baptiste Thiery who cleared a lifetime best of 5.93m to finish second behind Duplantis in Paris on Sunday evening.

The women’s line-up includes multiple major medallist Tina Sutej from Slovenia and in-form New Zealander Imogen Ayris who have cleared 4.80m and 4.81m respectively in 2026.

2016 Olympic champion Aikaterini Stefanidi also continues her comeback from maternity leave in the women's pole vault. She recently cleared a season's best of 4.48m to win the Balkan title on home soil in Volos.
