There is another packed week of live streams from the World Athletics Continental Tour coming up, featuring action from Lithuania, Germany and Austria.

This is what's on, who’s competing and how you can watch.

Cosma Cup 2026, Palanga, Lithuania (WACT Bronze)

When: 17 June
Live streaming on the European Athletics YouTube channel from 16:30 CEST

Lithuania’s former world and European men’s discus champion Andrius Gudžius is among the home stars at the Cosma Cup 2026. He will be joined by international teammates Edis Matusevičius and Rugilė Miklyčiūtė. 

Matusevičius was 4th in the men’s javelin at the Roma 2024 European Athletics Championships and Miklyčiūtė won European U23 women’s pole vault silver last year.

Tag der Überflieger, Essen, Germany (WACT Silver)

When: 20/21 June
Live streaming on the European Athletics YouTube channel from 16:55 CEST (Day 1) and 13:45 CEST (Day 2)

A two-day jumps-only event replete with Olympic, world and European medallists. Among the outstanding names is Australian high jumper Eleanor Patterson, a 2022 world champion who won Olympic bronze in 2024. She will face Germany’s Olympic and world finalist Christina Honsel.

Also in the line-up is Portugal’s Gerson Balde, who was the surprise men’s long jump gold medallist at this year’s World Athletics Indoor Championships. South Africa’s 2017 world champion Luvo Manyonga is among the opposition and six-times German champion Simon Batz.

Germany’s 2022 European silver medallist Lita Baehre Bo Kanda is among the entrants in the men’s pole vault.

A feast of distance running in the Austrian capital with stars from across the continent targetting qualifying standards for the Birmingham 2026 European Athletics Championships.

Among the names worth watching are Switzerland's European 10,000m champion Dominic Lobalu in the men's 5000m, rising Spanish prospect Marta Mitjans in the women's 800m, Czechia's European U18 1500m gold medallist Filip Toul in the men's 800m and a highly-competitive women's 5000m including France's twice European 10,000m Cup silver medallist Alessia Zarbo, European 10,000m Cup bronze medallist Elisa Palmero of Italy and revitalised German international Elena Burkhard.

Of the home hopes, twice European U20 medallist Kevin Kamenschak lines up in the men’s 5000m and Balkan indoor gold medallist Caroline Bredlinger is confirmed for the women’s 800m.
