Czechia have named eight athletes for the Lagoa 2025 European Cross Country Championships which take place on 14 December.
Fresh from winning their fifth national titles in Holešov on Saturday (29), Jáchym Kovář and Tereza Hrochová will represent the country in the senior men’s and senior women’s races at Lagoa 2025.
For Kovář, Lagoa 2025 will mark his seventh SPAR European Cross Country Championship and for Hrochová it be a fourth appearance at the premier event in continental cross country running.
In the age group races, Czechia’s challenge will be led by Adam Červinka, winner of the men’s U20 race in Holešov and the European U20 leader for the men’s 3000m steeplechase this year.
