European Athletics will stream nearly 40 World Athletics Continental Tour Silver, Bronze and Challenger meetings this summer via the European Athletics website and YouTube channel.
The programme of events will bring live track and field action from major meetings in 16 different European countries to the homes of thousands of international athletics fans. It adds up to a packed broadcast schedule from European Athletics that also includes:
- 18 May - European Race Walking Championships, Poděbrady (CZE)
- 24 May – European 10,000m Cup, Pacé (FRA)
- 24-29 June – European Athletics Team Championships Division 2 & 3, Maribor (SLO)
- 27-29 June – European Athletics Team Championships Division 1, Madrid (ESP)
- 17-20 July - European Athletics U23 Championships, Bergen (NOR)
- 7-10 August – European Athletics U20 Championships, Tampere (FIN)
In the build up to the European Athletics major events above - and beyond to the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo on 13-21 September - athletes will be honing their preparations at the World Athletics Continental Tour Silver, Bronze and Challenger meetings and European Athletics will provide live coverage with commentary.
The first World Athletics Continental Tour event to be streamed live is the 18th edition of the ročník Hvězdného házení in Domažlice in Czechia on 11 May.
