Field events will be at the centre of attention at the four live streamed World Athletics Continental Tour Silver and Bronze meetings this week.

Filothei Women Gala - Athens (World Athletics Continental Tour Silver)
Two-time European outdoor medallist Angelina Topic from Serbia will be one of the star names in action in the high jump at the Filothei Women Gala.
Topic, who also won the world U20 title in Lima last year, will face a strong European field including Great Britain's Morgan Lake and Czechia's Michaela Hruba, the 2014 and 2016 world U20 champions respectively and 2022 European silver medallist Marija Vukovic from Montenegro.
The women's long jump field is headed by Portugal's European bronze medallist Agate de Sousa and Serbia's Milica Gardasevic who won at this meeting last year with 6.73m.

Czech hero Tomas Stanek faces Romania’s Andrei Toader, the bronze and gold medallists respectively at the Apeldoorn 2025 European Athletics Indoor Championships, in one of the standout clashes of the meeting in the shot put. But also watch out for Great Britain’s Scott Lincoln who has already thrown 21.06m this outdoor season.
In a meeting where the heavy throws enjoy the spotlight, European Throwing Cup winner Jessica Inchude from Portugal faces Germany’s Katharina Maisch in the women’s shot put while Germany’s Steven Richter competes in the men’s discus.
The pick of the track action is the men’s 400m featuring local hero Matej Krsek against Belgium’s Christian Iguacel, who was part of his country’s gold medal-winning teams in the 4x400m relay at the 2024 World Athletics Indoor Championships and European Athletics Championships, and Hungary’s Patrik Simon Enyingi.
Also watch out for last year’s European U18 400m hurdles champion Michal Rada who swaps the hurdles for the flat in Kladno.
In the women's 400m, leading Czech sprinters Lada Vondrova, Barbora Malikova and Tereza Petrzilkova face a field including Eva Santidrian who was part of Spain's winning team in the 4x400m at the World Relays in Guangzhou last month.
JBL Jump Fest - Kosice (World Athletics Continental Tour Silver)

Reigning European U20 champion Plamena Mitkova from Bulgaria faces Sweden's 2021 European indoor bronze medallist Khaddi Sagnia and Monae Nicholls from the United States in the women's long jump in a street event in Kosice where the jumpers will compete against the backdrop of the city's dramatic and imposing gothic St. Elizabeth Cathedral.
2019 world champion Tajay Gayle headlines the men's long jump field which also features the Czech duo of Radek Juska and Petr Meindlschmid. On the second day, the men's high jump takes centre stage with Ukraine's European silver medallist Vladyslav Lavskyy and Czechia's Jan Stefela, the 2025 European indoor silver medallist, among the main entrants.

Leading Polish vertical jumpers Mariya Zodzik and Piotr Lisek will be aiming for back-to-back victories on home soil in the street event in Bialystok.
Zodzik, who is now eligible to compete for Poland having transferred allegiance from Belarus, cleared 1.95m in the high jump last year while Lisek cleared 5.72m in the pole vault for victory on countback from soon-to-be Olympic bronze medallist and training partner Emmanouil Karalis.
